Vivian designed this custom tiny home around two things she values most: creativity and community. Built almost entirely with reclaimed materials—including old gymnasium bleachers, antique stained glass, and historic ironwork—the home is filled with one-of-a-kind details that reflect her artistic personality. Located in an agrihood with shared gardens, orchards, chickens, and neighbors who genuinely look out for one another, the tiny house offered more than just a smaller footprint—it gave her the sense of belonging she’d been searching for. From her colorful mosaic artwork to the bright, functional kitchen and cozy loft bedroom, every inch of the home was thoughtfully designed to support a simpler, more intentional way of life.
